The following modules are exclusively available to delegates registering for UCI Investment meetings. Module Three is included complimentary in both Level Two and Level Three packages as outlined in the next event registration form.


Module 1: Building your business plan.

  • Assess the viability of the business idea, and opportunities for funding
  • Provide a copy of the Business Plan Guide which has been approved and recommended
    by investors
  • Outline how to complete the Business Plan and content
  • Work with you to complete your business plan within a 2-4 week period in line with our
    approved template.

The module includes, if required, 4 hours of face to face time with your UK based adviser (who will help you put the business plan together) as well as phone and email support.

Module 2: Completing your financial forecasts.

  • In depth preparation of the business's Financial Forecast
  • Making sure your forecasts are realistic and in line with what investors requirements
  • Assess funding requirement and make sure the return on investment (ROI) promised is attractive
    and in line with investor requirements.
  • Establish valuation and deal structure
  • Ensure Business Plan content and Financial Forecasts are aligned

The module includes if required, 4 hours of face to face time with your UK based adviser (who will put the financial forecasts together for you) as well as phone and email support.

Module 3: Perfecting the pitch.

  • Learn how to pitch your offer with the approved and recommended structure of investors
  • Review of Business Plan, Financial Forecasts and valuation by your UK based adviser
  • Help in writing/creating the perfect pitch, including the inclusion of the 7 essential elements of a
    successful investor pitch.
  • Pitch training for 30 second, 7 minute and 20 minute pitches to investors
  • Pitch delivery if required

The module includes, if required, 12 hours of face to face time with your UK based adviser (who will put the pitch together with you) as well as phone and email support.
